Scaling consumer software for micro-niches, and doing it well, requires us to rethink how quality software gets made, distributed, and maintained.

The ten operating system (tenOS) is our agentic harness designed specifically to solve this problem. We don't believe in full automation, rather we believe in maximal leverage, i.e. how can we enable one person to manage and grow multiple products at once? This is equal parts a human-computer interaction design problem as it is an applied AI research problem.

Our harness design is what builds towards this goal, and we share some of our learnings here.
